C participated in this artist journey for a few weeks, and in those few weeks he discovered so much about his creative side. He said so many doors have been opened to him and this art session opened another one; it was something he never imagined on doing. He has multiple hobbies that brings joy, he began to explore translating this into his art. C had so much confidence in himself as an individual, he had to find that side when creating, alongside everyone else and after a little helping hand, he achieved so much growth creatively. C experimented with multiple mediums and sizes when creating. He focused mainly on landscapes; he felt the best when exploring the world’s most beautiful places during his free time. Consequently, exploring the beautiful landscapes across a page seemed a perfect way to explore his creative side also. Over the weeks of growing interest, C was drawn into taking his creative side further, a recommendation of bob ross’s documentaries on painting landscapes was mentioned to help progression. C mentioned that he enjoyed these sessions, he had so much positive feedback from other peers artistically and re-iterated this. During these sessions, he helped bring other people out of their shell. The students at the university of Lincoln, hope these art sessions brought his creative side out of his shell and open a continuous amount of doors for him.
