ABOUT
Alice Tuppen - Senior Lecturer Fine Art at UoL and module leader of Public Project One.
Public project one introduced our students to a range of transferable professional, personal and employability skills. In seminars, students were presented with educational case studies about participatory arts and therapy. They also underwent two days of intense clinical training at WAWY. This module helped to shape our students into "socially responsive, publicaly aware practitioners" - a skill which is the ethos of the fine art course.

As a lecturer-researcher-practitioner with a fine art and art psychotherapy background I am in my element leading this innovative and socially responsive module. I was very encouraged to witness the intense, mature and pioneering enguagment that occured between our students and the service users throughout their virtual interactivity and artmaking.
